Noted San Francisco area print maker, Chad Buck (1955-2013) was born in Caldwell, Idaho and received his MFA from Brigham Young University, Provo, Utah. He exhibited widely in the United States, as well as in Japan, France, and Mexico where he also maintained a studio in Puerto Vallarta. In 2001 Buck was awarded the Pollock-Krasner Foundation Grant. His work is held in the public collections of 3COM (San Francisco, CA), American Express Corporation, AT&T, Hewlett Packard Corporation, IBM Corporation, ITT Corporation (Brussels, Belgium), Pan Pacific Corporation (Yokohama, Japan) and the Utah Art Council.
