Zolita Sverdlove's (1936-2009) critically acclaimed artworks are noted for their dramatic and expressionistic compositions.  From 1959 until her death in 2009, Zolita Sverdlove's work was selected for more than one-hundred juried exhibitions.  Selected museum exhibitions include:  Hudson River Museum (New York), Dallas Museum of Fine Art (Texas), Beaumont Museum (Texas), Frye Museum (Washington), San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (California), Springfield Museum (Massachusetts), DeYoung Museum (California), Joslyn Museum (Nebraska), the Pasadena Museum of History (California) and a solo exhibitions at Longview Museum (Texas) and Maturango Museum (California).  Her work is in the permanent collections of the Dallas Museum of Fine Arts, Owens-Corning Collection of the Toledo Museum (Ohio), Purdue University, Marymount College (New York)
