Frank LaLumia is a nationally recognized painter in both oil and watercolor.  He is the author of the book "Plein Air Painting in Watercolor and Oil" and is the subject of several instructional books on painting technique.  LaLumia's works are held in the permanent collections of the Museum of New Mexico, the Albuquerque Museum, the Americana Museum in El Paso, Texas and the A.R. Mitchell Museum in Colorado.  Museum exhibitions include:  Yawkey Woodson Art Museum (Wisconsin), D'Amour Museum of Fine Arts (Springfield, MA).
