Noted contemporary artist Tom Judd studied painting at the University of Utah and earned his B.F.A. from the Philadelphia College of Art in 1975.  He was a recipient of the Pollock/Kranser Grant in 2000 and his works are in the permanent collections of the Philadelphia Museum of Art, the Birmingham Museum of Art (Birmingham, AL), and the Pennsylvania Academy of Fine Arts.
